Visiting, Swimming, Frying, and Sundaying

It was so fun to see old friends over the summer!
All three of these visiting families were significant in our lives while in our
ward in Georgia and we loved getting to see them again.

A friend gave us a punch pass to our local pool so we made a few more trips
at the end of the summer.  We brought Cat's friend with us once.

Ben was able to come to the pool when we went on a Saturday.

When we attended our friend's annual Fry Fest, I made white chocolate chip brownie bites
that we dipped in pancake batter then deep friend in peanut oil and they were quite delicious.
They even got the most votes for "Best Dessert" from those in attendance.  What high honors!

I stayed home from choir one Sunday when Ben was out of town and it was really nice to
just hang out with the kids.  They did art projects first thing in the morning, Luke helped me
make banana muffins for breakfast, I did Eliza's hair for church, and in the afternoon we
made (eclipse) cookies together.  Also, we watched my favorite choir.
