Jack and Eliza were the first to go back to school. They were both ready, and even excited. I was particularly pleased that Jack would have the same teacher Cat had in the fourth grade, whom we really loved. Eliza has a teacher who is new to our school, so she's in the first group with her, but it's going well so far.

Their first few weeks have been about what I expected, with Jack struggling a little bit to get into the groove, and Eliza being the more enthusiastic of the two, but I'm confident it will be a good year for both of them.
