The Adventures of Cat & Jack: Deer Creek Reservoir

We pass Deer Creek Reservoir whenever we go through the Provo Canyon toward Heber. It's a big, beautiful lake with some fun recreation options and I've been wanting to go hang out there for a while. Thank goodness my sister's in town to help me make things happen!

We were only there for a couple of hours, but it was great to be out in the sun, eating a picnic lunch, with the kids playing in the sand-ish beach-ish area and even getting in the water a little bit. Uncle Ben also made it extra fun by renting a jet ski and letting everyone have a turn.
