The Adventures of Cat & Jack: Battle Creek Falls

On Saturday we took the kids, plus a new friend from our neighborhood, on a short hike to a little waterfall in Pleasant Grove. Cat and I did this hike with her Daisy Girl Scout troop a few years ago and I've been excited to take the rest of the family there. The hike is pretty short (about 1/2 mile) and easy, and I loved the double waterfall at the end. Unfortunately, the waterfall has been downgraded to a single, but it's still cool. (This is what it looked like last time I was there.) The kids liked playing in the rocks and dirt along the trail and at the end, but didn't play in the water very long because it was so cold.
