Johnson Hole

On the first Sunday in June we did a short family hike from Canyon Glen park in Provo Canyon up to Johnson Hole. It was sunny. And hot. But it was also really beautiful.

Luke was not interested in hiking and literally dragged his feet most of the way up the trail, but eventually he forgot to be annoyed about the excursion and had a good time.

Once we came back down, the kids wanted to take some time to climb on fake rocks, so I laid down in the grass, in the shade of a tree, and identified cloud shapes. I thought it was a pretty good way to spend the afternoon.
