Hanging Out with the Bros

We spend the 2nd day of our trip with Ben's brother Michael and his family in Orlando.  We loved hanging out, talking, playing, and swimming at their house, then going out for a yummy lunch and visiting the Orlando LDS Temple.  It was so fun!  And we were particularly excited to meet the newest addition to the family while we were there!

We drove through the late afternoon/early evening to go up to visit Ben's oldest brother in Jacksonville.  We made a quick stop at the Florida Citrus Center in St. Augustine to get our first glimpse of gators.

I didn't think the kids would want to swim any more that evening, but I was wrong!  They got back in the water at John's house as soon as they could, and swam as late as they could.  The next morning, Michael decided to bring his older boys up to join in the cousin fun and they all had a blast.  Cat also had the unique opportunity of braiding her RM cousin's hair, and her uncle's hair.  That doesn't happen every day.  (John's wife and one of his daughters somehow escaped all of my pictures but they were there too.)

  

I just loved how the kids all had so much fun with their cousins, even though they hadn't seen them in several months.  It was awesome!  We left that afternoon to go to Tallahassee to spend a few days with Mema and Papa.
