The Adventures of Cat & Jack: Cardmaking

For FHE tonight we made Christmas cards to send out to aunts, uncles, and grandparents. We only had 10 to send, and I had a simple design plan that all of the kids could help with, so I didn't think it would be a very daunting task.

It took us well over an hour. Probably about an hour and a half.

But the kids enjoyed the process, getting creative on a few of them and making special requests that so-and-so get this card. And everyone present signed every card. (To everyone's relief, Luke happily slept through the whole thing.)

It was a nice family activity, even if the kids did get to bed an hour late on a school night...
