My kids have had lots of cousin time this week and they've loved it! They have frolicked in the sprinkler (once with permission, once not so much), jumped on the trampoline, played a Cat-led game of Jeopardy!, helped with cleaning, launched objects across the back yard, and even played with a few toys.
This morning they had a Star Wars game going for quite a while. The game spanned the upper and lower galaxies of the house and involved giving the characters back stories. The youngest three were hanging out in the play room with me for a while, but then the 1-year-old and 2-year-old decided to join in the game (and Luke enjoyed having ALL the toys to himself in the play room for a while).
I loved this little exchange between Douglas (2) and Cat.
Douglas: "There's a traitor in my house!"
Cat: "WHO?"
Douglas: "Liza!"
Cat: "WHO?"
Douglas: "Liza!"
Cat: "My daughter?!?"
