The Adventures of Cat & Jack: Feel the Heat

Grammy flew out to Utah to spend the summer with her parents and stayed with us for a little visit before going all the way to St. George. We were so crazy during Grammy's visit at the beginning of May that we decided to take it easy this time. We watched movies and lounged around quite a bit, but we also got lunch at Chick-Fil-A and got some Vitamin D at a nearby park.

Grammy's birthday was that week, so she opened a few presents at our house, including a Birthday Cake Kit from Susannah. We assembled the cake, candles and all, and it was yummy. When we were lighting the candles, my hair felt so hot that I actually stopped to touch it and make sure it wasn't literally catching on fire, haha. It was a lot of candles... Thank you for the fun, Suz!
