The First Few Weeks of Summer

Well, it was a(nother) crazy summer for us.  Soon after Ben and Suz moved away, I had laser eye surgery.  Then it was Ben's birthday.  Then Grammy arrived and we had a couple of days with her before Cat and I both went out of town.  Cat's soccer team was invited to participate in a regional tournament in Hawaii and I took her to the airport the day before I left to go on tour with MoTab (back when we were still MoTab) for two weeks.  Grammy helped Ben with the kids while I was gone so that he could still go to work, and as soon as I got back from tour, Andy and his family came in town for the Fourth of July and Cat's birthday.  Then Grammy went home, and the following week we found out we'd be moving out of our home of nearly 5 years.  The rest of the summer is a blur of moving.  We were not even unpacked enough in the new house to know where the kids' backpacks were when school started.  (Mom fail on that one.  Oops.)  But now it's October and we're feeling settled.  So there you go.

Now that I gave you the overview, I'll start sharing pics from the various big and small adventure that we squeezed in during that crazy time.
