Summer Wrap-Up

We managed to squeeze in a little more fun before school started...

Jack, Eliza and Luke joined me at Ben's office for a fun Hawaiian-themed lunch party celebrating Ben's promotion to CEO.

We also took the younger kids to see "Dinosaur Island," a cool installation of life-size animatronic dinosaurs at the Thanksgiving Point garden.  After walking around and enjoying the dinosaurs, we went to the waterfall area of the garden to set up chairs so we could stay and watch Night at the Museum on a big outdoor screen.

School started on a Monday, so the Saturday before we had our traditional cinnamon rolls.  It's one of my favorite things, and the kids don't seem to mind either.

Later that day we saw this amazing double rainbow in Pleasant Grove.  A good omen for the start of the school year, perhaps?
