Megan's Visit, Days 3-4

Our Wednesday adventure was an excursion to Park City.  We walked up and down Main Street, taking pictures and perusing the shops.  It was colder than we expected, but I guess we shouldn't have been surprised since the elevation is so much higher there.

We stopped for a late lunch in Heber, at our favorite train-themed restaurant, Dairy Keen.  Good times!  Note to self: remember to enjoy sweet potato fries with ranch next time we stop there.

We got home in time for Megan to get a private piano concert, and to play some "Sleeping Queens" before the older gals slipped away for our second sleepover at Suz's house, watching movies and eating yummy food.

On Thursday afternoon we drove up to Salt Lake.  The first stop was Memory Grove Park for fun and photos.  The weather was warmer and sunnier and we thoroughly enjoyed it.  Suz even brought her good camera - thank you, Suz!

After that we spent some time on Temple Square, taking a few more pictures, watching two "Meet the Mormons" videos in the Legacy Theater, and running into our cousin.  So fun!  Then we ate dinner at the food court at City Creek before I headed off to rehearsal and the rest of the group came to watch (or read books, in one case) for a little while before heading home.
