| Since I was already making cupcakes when Eliza and Luke's friend was playing at the house Saturday morning, I offered to make some minis for them to use in a tea party. Eliza was excited to find a rare 2L of soda in the fridge and wanted to use that as the tea. I was happy to get rid of the soda, and we poured it in the tea pot. When her friend found out what the beverage was, she exclaimed, "My Mom NEVER lets me have SODA!" Oops. So I called her mom and sure enough, the girl had never had soda and doesen't get many sweets. But she let us give her a little, and I quickly added some fruit to the tea party menu. That makes it better, right? |
