Cat and the rest of her writing class have gotten into the habit of dramatizing the definitions of their vocabulary words. They add actions, facial expressions, and sometimes even accents. When Cat asked me to quiz her on her definitions this week, I took the opportunity to make a video for posterity.
When I read your blog I laughed and prepared to be entertained. When I watched Cat perform, I was impressed. This is brilliant and is genuinely, acting. Very cool! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWonderful! I saw not only expansion of the vocabulary but her so cute personality. Could just imagine her eyes literally sparkling with enthusiasm.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun way to practice vocabulary words! (Great book by the way) I can't believe how grown up she is...we have been gone from GA a long time :) Seems like she would do great in theater/play productions
