After the reunion in Florida we drove to South Carolina to have some time with my mom, sister, and nieces and nephews. We managed to get there in time for dinner and went out for Snowballs for dessert. Then the cousins had lots of fun staying up late watching movies and playing games.
We left first thing in the morning to drive back to Atlanta to catch our flight back to Utah. We had just enough time to meet some old friends from Georgia for lunch at what turned out to be the site of the original Chick-Fil-A. It was fun to catch up with them, then it was off to return the rental car, ride the monorail to the airport, and settle in for our flight.
What a great trip! We loved being with our family and having new adventures. We're so grateful to have had that time together.
