We considered skipping Colonial Fest this year but decided to go for the sake of Grammy, who has never been able to attend with us. (Ironically, I don't have a single picture of Grammy, but I promise she was there with us the entire time.) I'm so glad we went! It really makes history come alive and I can't think of a more appropriate way to make Independence Day.
