Vegas

We spent a fun day in Las Vegas with my Mom and my older sister, Megan, and her kids.  First, we spent a couple of hours in the indoor amusement park at Circus Circus.  The kids LOVED this.  They still ask me when we're going to go back to Circus Circus.  

Cat, Will, and Drew rode the big intense rides:

And these little cuties were mostly content to hang out with their Mom and Grammy:

We then ventured out to the Strip to see some sights and eat lunch.  It was extremely hot, so just walking to a restaurant from the parking spot we found was a challenge, but the air conditioning was blasting at Hard Rock Cafe, so we felt much better once we were inside.  After a yummy lunch, we drove around town a little more before heading back to St. George for our family reunion.

We loved getting a day to catch up with these guys before the big group of extended family got together.  I especially appreciated having time to hang out with my Mom and Megan, and enjoyed seeing my kids playing with their cousins again.  Oh, how we'd missed everybody!
