I got a nice new phone shortly before we moved away from Georgia.  I wasn't ready to get rid of my old phone when we moved, though, because I had several pictures on it that I needed to retrieve some how.  Believe it or not... I didn't get around to it until we needed to move from our house in Utah into our second house in Utah just a few weeks ago.  I forced myself to figure out how to do it so that I wouldn't continue to move the phone and all of its accompanying parts around.  I was (thankfully!) able to charge it and even found the cord that plugged into the computer, but after spending way too much time working on it, I still couldn't get the pictures to upload.  Alternative?  Take pictures of the phone showing the pictures!  So here you go.  A fun little stroll down memory lane with a surprisingly accurate representation of the people who were such a significant part of our lives while we lived in Georgia.  We miss you guys!

| This is one of my all-time favorite pictures of C & J, and the main reason I couldn't let go of the phone.  We were walking through Publix (I miss that place!!) and Cat wanted to put the umbrella up.  I was in a good Mommy mood, so I let her, as long as she behaved with it.  She told me throughout the store that I was getting wet and I just smiled.  I got lots of strange looks from other shoppers, but no harm was done.  I don't even remember any bad luck... |

OMG I actually teared up a little bit walking down memory lane! They were so small! And your house in GA was a great play place! They will only get bigger :(
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful flashback!! I can't believe how tiny everyone was! Thanks for taking the time (and moving the phone!) so you could share that :)
ReplyDeleteDude,
ReplyDeleteCameron STILL doesn't climb the thing! It's pretty funny because basically every child that comes to our house climbs it, EXCEPT mine.
He's so funny. Man, I miss you and your little ones.
