Christmas

We had a great Christmas!

The kids made sure to get up nice and early so that we would have plenty of time to open Christmas presents before I had to be at Church at 8:30.  Thanks, kids!  The big theme this year was wheels.  Cat and Jack each received  a scooter (and helmet) and Eliza received a baby doll stroller.  And, of course, Jack received a variety trains, trucks, and cars.  Lots of wheels to play with!

Since there was absolutely no snow on the ground and the weather was actually not that cold, we decided to walk around outside with the kids' new toys on Christmas afternoon.  Who says you always have a White Christmas in Utah?

Merry Christmas, everyone!

PS> Jack has already resumed talking about what he wants for Christmas.  I keep telling him that it won't be Christmas for an entire year, but that doesn't stop him.  Santa, if you're not on vacation, please note that Jack is already hoping for a police car.  Apparently, he didn't get enough wheels in 2011.
