One Sunday when Ben was out of town I took the kids for a drive on the Alpine Loop, the road that goes across Timpanogos from Provo Canyon to American Fork Canyon. We've done this as a family before but this was my fist time driving - it was beautiful (and exciting) in the driver's seat!
Last weekend we took the younger kids up to Sundance to ride on the lift and check out the leaves changing colors. It was so beautiful! We had the added bonus that we could see a lot of the construction of the improvements going on at the resort right now. We missed Cat, since she was being a diligent employee at the time!
The beginnings of a new high-speed lift. |
Wild turkeys. We also saw a few deer. (Not pictured.) |
This is where the Outlaw Trail run was - but on the left it was just a narrow path that I was even too nervous to ski on with my long adult skis. |
